PRECISION MACHINING
Freedom Manufacturing is a precision manufacturer of all types of machined parts. We utilize CNC lathes, CNC vertical/horizontal mills.
Some of the many materials we use:
- Iron, brass, aluminum, copper, titanium, stainless, and plastic.
- We also machine precision finished parts from near net shapes such as forgings, castings, extrusions, die-castings, investment castings and flame cut blanks.
Capabilities:
- Machine work is also done utilizing manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders to produce fixtures, dies, molds, or low quantities.
- We also use milling machines, drilling, tapping machines, thread rollers, landis threaders, multi-spindle drills and broaches in conjunction with our CNC machines to design work cells for a lean manufacturing process so we can manufacture parts to specification at the lowest cost.
